Rick B. Eisenstat

Rick B. Eisenstat is licensed to practice in all Louisiana began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Fredericka Homberg Wicker at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice now focuses primarily on defending claims involving chemical and occupational exposure, as well as products and premise liability. 

Rick is a 2013 graduate of Tulane University Law School, where he served as an editor on the Tulane Environmental Law Journal and as a member of the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Tulane University in 2005. Prior to beginning his legal career, Rick was an officer in the United States Navy, with tours throughout the European and Pacific theaters.

In his spare time, Rick advocates for mass transportation reform and sits on the Regional Transportation Authority’s Riders’ Advisory Committee. He enjoys New Orleans cuisine, Tulane Football, tennis, and boxing.
