M. Scott Minyard

M. Scott Minyard graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 1995, where he served as Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review. He has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to the defense of clients in a wide array of occupational disease cases in which thousands of plaintiffs have claimed injury as a result of exposure to asbestos, silica, and welding fumes. Mr. Minyard has also represented manufacturers and retailers in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and has defended clients in a broad spectrum of personal injury actions at the request of their insurers. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Mississippi.
